1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Praedic, SIREN 814 285 441, whose registered office is at 26 C rue Delmer, 59242 Templeuve-en-Pévèle, France. For any question, write to contact@praedic.com.

2. The data collected, and nothing beyond it

This site creates no account, sells nothing online and does not track visitors individually. Only three situations give rise to any collection.

• The contact form. Your name, business email address, company, role and the message you write.
• The self-assessment. The calculation runs entirely in your browser and nothing is transmitted until you ask for the written read-out. If you do ask for it, your answers to the questionnaire, your name, your email address and your company are sent.
• Audience measurement. Aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics, with no tracking cookie and no identification of visitors.

3. What it is used for

The information sent through the forms is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your own voluntary approach, which constitutes pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Your data is never sold, rented or passed to a third party for commercial purposes. It is not used to train any artificial intelligence model.

4. Who processes it technically

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and the audience measurement.
• Formspree Inc., the service that routes form submissions to my inbox.

These suppliers act as processors. Any transfers outside the European Union that prove necessary rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long it is kept

Enquiries that come to nothing are erased three years after the last exchange. Data attached to a commercial relationship follows the statutory retention periods that apply to contractual and accounting records. Traffic statistics, being anonymous, are not concerned.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object to its processing. To exercise those rights, write to contact@praedic.com. You will receive a reply within one month.

If the reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

7. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Messages received are kept in a business mailbox protected by multi-factor authentication. Access to the data sent is limited to the single person handling your request.

8. Changes

This policy may change, in particular if a new tool is put into service. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
