The problem
In most companies of this size, nobody really owns marketing. The founder writes something on a Sunday evening, an agency bills for articles nobody reads, and the website brings in nothing because it answers the questions the business asks itself rather than the ones buyers type into a search box.
Talent is rarely the problem. The problem is that four things have to hold together at once: knowing what your buyers search for, writing pages that answer better than your competitors do, running a site that turns a reader into an enquiry, and measuring what worked so you can do it again. That is four jobs, in a company that cannot fund one.
Generative AI changes the maths, because one assistant can do all four, as long as it reads the same data you do. Give it your CRM, the search queries that already bring you traffic and the code behind your site, and it stops handing you general advice. It writes the page you are missing.
This concerns you if
- Your site gets fewer than 30 visitors a day and you cannot say which ones matter
- You pay for blog articles and could not say what any of them brought in
- Competitors rank first on questions your customers ask you every week
- Your enquiries arrive by word of mouth and you have no idea how to get more
- You have no CRM, or you have one that nobody fills in
The builds
What gets built
Les délais indiqués sont ceux d'une mise en production réelle, pas d'une démonstration. On n'en lance qu'un à la fois.
- 01 1 to 2 weeks
Positioning audit and search demand map
We set what you sell against what your buyers actually search for, and against what your competitors already cover. You get a list of topics where you can realistically rank first, ordered by search volume and by difficulty.
- 02 2 to 4 weeks
A content line driven by your own data
A production line where the AI drafts from your real projects and your trade vocabulary rather than from generalities. You read it, you publish it. One article a week is sustainable in under two hours.
- 03 3 to 6 weeks
Website rebuilt around conversion
A site rebuilt in a few weeks, organised around the questions that bring traffic, with a clear path to getting in touch. Every page has a target you can measure.
- 04 1 to 2 weeks
An assistant wired into your measurement tools
The assistant reads your CRM, your traffic figures, your search console and the source of your site. Each month it tells you what worked, what has stalled, and what to change next.

Data privacy
On this lever specifically
Marketing is the least sensitive area, since published content is public by design. The care goes to the customer records in your CRM, which should not be loaded into an analysis tool without a data processing agreement in place. Until that is genuinely needed, we work from anonymised exports.

Common questions
How long before traffic starts arriving?
The first movements in ranking show up in four to eight weeks. A steady flow of enquiries usually takes four to six months of consistent publishing. That is how organic search works and no tool shortens it. Conversion fixes on the pages you already have, by contrast, show results within days.
Will AI not produce generic content that Google penalises?
It will, if you ask it to write from nothing. The difference comes from what you feed it: your real projects, your figures, the way you actually talk to clients. An article about work you delivered is generic to nobody, and that is exactly what search engines reward.
Do we need a new website before we start?
No. We start with the cheapest thing that moves the needle: the search demand map, plus two or three pages added to what you already have. A rebuild only happens if the current structure is blocking progress, and that shows up in the data rather than in an opinion.
The other levers
-
Sales and prospecting
The write-up, the quote and the follow-up are ready before you leave the meeting. You read them and you send.
-
Customer service and support
The real causes of customer frustration, drawn out of your own conversations, and the tools to help your team answer better and faster.
-
Admin and finance
Data moves between your systems without anyone retyping it, and discrepancies reach you before the money leaves.
-
Data and internal tools
A tool cut to fit how you work, built in weeks rather than quarters, with the data behind it under control.
Next step
Where would you start?
Ten days to map where your teams lose time, put a figure on each lever and name the first system to build. If AI is not the right answer, I will tell you so.
